If you're aged 16-25 years old, live in Westminster and have learning disabilities, you can get Employment Support from Caxton Youth Organisation.

We can support you to move into Education, Work Experience or Employment. We offer:

  • Group Workshops
  • Person-Centred Planning
  • Developing Independence Skills
  • Communication Support

Support is tailored to each person's individual needs. The organisation aims to help find volunteering and training opportunities for some young people, and to help with applications and CV-writing for part-time and full time work.

We can help with forms, interview techniques and addressing the sometimes difficult issue of disclosing information about their disability and requesting reasonable adjustments.

Caxton Youth Organisation is a holistic service that offers many evening activities. We aim to increase each young person’s self-esteem and social skills.
