As much as a basic level of mobility is required, I always give options in my classes so you can make the practice your own. Please contact me via the links on my website, if you want to discuss something specific.

Clothing instructions: wear comfortable loose clothing. Equipment you need to bring: a water bottle, yoga/pilates/exercise mat. Blocks or a stack of books can be helpful and a cushion or bolster if you have one..
