HIIT from Home

Develop your fitness through short bursts of activities mixed with periods of rest. The exercises Guy programs use require minimal space and no equipment, so you can follow along wherever you are. Our sessions progress in a 20-week cycle of increasing amounts of work, but you can join at any time. A range of movement options are always given, so you can get an effective workout regardless of your current fitness and familiarity with the exercises! We also offer HIIT in the Park where you can train with other members in the sunshine (hopefully)! Sessions are available as Pay As You Go or a monthly subscription of £15 per month for all online classes and your first week is free. Register with us before you start your first class as you will need to complete a short questionnaire about possible injuries/health and emergency contact number. Feel free to have your camera on or off, though please do introduce yourself to the coach at the start of the session if it’s your first time training with us!
