Mindful Peak Performance deliver weekly, online boxing and mindfulness sessions for young carers giving them a fun physical and mental workout they can do at home.
Due to the success of our offering, we are now expanding and can offer more free places to young carers.

Our groups are tailored specifically for young carers and are accessible for all abilities. We run two sessions once weekly on Thursdays on an ongoing basis:
- Juniors (6-11yr olds) 4:00pm - 4:30pm
- Seniors (12-18yr olds) 5:30pm - 6:15pm
Each session is hosted by two of our own staff members and at least one youth worker from one of our partner young carers organisations.
