Learn Well is a mental health prevention and awareness-raising programme designed for students in Year 6 up to the 6th Form.

  • challenging the stigma around mental health,
  • raising awareness of the support available
  • promoting positive wellbeing strategies and coping skills.

Full programmes or standalone workshops can be scheduled into PSHE lessons, assemblies or drop-down days.

These services are delivered through schools free of charge.
