Yoga Flow Online

My flow classes are mixed level and taught in a Vinyasa style, linking movement to breath. ​ These classes will help you to maintain and build on strength, flexibility and mobility in your body while bringing a sense of calm to the mind. ​ Each class is a unique combination of postures following a different theme each week. Themes could be physically focussed, such as hip opening, releasing tension, spine health or balance etc. To enhance students knowledge of their yoga practice, I also base classes around the eight limbs of yoga, the chakras or elements. ​ My classes are easy to follow online so you can practice from the comfort of your own home. I offer options and modifications so that every body can take part. Drop in price is £7 or you can book a block of 4 for just £20! ​
