Educational Psychology Workshop for Parents @ Woodfield

These 2 hour workshops are for parents/carers whose child under the age of 5 years has received a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder or where there are concerns around social communication skills. The workshops are repeated throughout the year in different locations.

By the end of this educational psychology workshop you will:

  • Have an understanding of the role of the Educational Psychologist in supporting your child

  • Have an understanding of the roles of the Local Authority and the school in supporting your child

  • Have had an opportunity to ask questions about educational support in general, including the ‘Local Offer’.

The workshops will be an opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences with other parents and carers

You do not need to reserve a place, but please arrive promptly if you are attending.

There is no crèche available. Please do not bring your child with you.
