A two form entry community primary school for children aged 3 – 11 years old, the school also has specialist provision for children with visual impairment.
Specialist Resource Base for Visual Impairment
Edward Wilson Primary VI resource base aims to inspire, challenge and motivate pupils with visual impairment, within the context of an inclusive primary school environment.
Children attending Edward Wilson School are supported by specialist teachers in developing skills for learning including reading Braille and access learning through a range of supportive technology.
With the support of skilled teachers children attending Edward Wilson Primary School VI provision gain independent mobility and confidence alongside mainstream peers.
Provides Early Learning places for 3 & 4 year olds.
