Entry Criteria / Pre-requisites: Absolute Beginners Course & Intermediate Level Need to be injury free and have worked at the intermediate level for approximately 1 year (prior Pilates class attendance will be taken into consideration) An intense Pilates class, requiring stamina and endurance. It builds on intermediate exercises whilst also incorporating advanced exercises.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
You will need internet access, a device with a camera and screen, such as a laptop, tablet or PC and need to be able to access Zoom video conferencing software. You will also need a safe space to workout in, with no trip hazards, a mat (or large towel) and 1 inch head support (or folded hand towel). Another folded hand towel or small cushion is always useful too. I’ve designed the classes with minimal equipment, however, it is useful to have some to provide extra challenge when doing the exercises. A suggested equipment list will be attached to your booking confirmation email.
