We provide community health services to more than two million people across eleven London boroughs and Hertfordshire.

Services are available to individuals either in need of urgent inpatient treatment that are registered and resident in Kensington and Chelsea or Westminster. For psychological therapies/outpatient treatment, it is available for people who are registered with Kensington and Chelsea general practitioner.
How do you access this service?
There are different referral pathways for mental health services, which are mostly available via referral from your GP, who will assess what service you need. Individuals who think that they are in a mental health crisis can go to their GP or to the Assessment and Brief Treatment Team at St Charles Hospital.

St Charles Hospital is inspected by the Care Quality Commission against a set of national indicators that include:
