Pilates Online - Autumn term 2

Our TotalBodyFIT Pilates classes use low impact, mat-based exercises suitable for beginners, intermediates and more advanced. We will modify the exercises for your needs, so please do let us know if you wish easier or harder options. Pilates helps to improve flexibility, posture, muscular strength and endurance of the core stability muscles and helps prevent injuries. Available as a live class or as a link to the class recording for you to complete in your own time. This class incorporates a mobility based warm up, core strength exercises, stretches and relaxation time.

Attendance: users can only join virtually
You will need a mat, towel and water bottle. Resistance band or pilates ball is optional. Please ensure you have plenty of space around you and it is free of any obstacles. This class is suitable for over 14 only and you participate at your own risk. Once you have booked you will have access to the zoom code that can be used to attend the class, if you are unable to attend the class then we will send you a link to the class recording which will be valid for 5 days after the class. During the class we will mute all participants, you will be able to message us privately or unmute yourself at any time. Please place your zoom settings on speaker view if you can.
