Get, Set, Play - Music-Making Programme

Get, Set, Play is a family-friendly, fun and welcoming Saturday music programme where parents, grandparents and carers can learn music alongside their children.

Join friendly and inspiring musicians from the Royal Albert Hall and Royal College of Music and learn to play simple, accessible instruments such as percussion, ukulele, guitar, violin and recorder.

We’ll explore some fantastic pieces of music from the fun and engaging Groove n’ Play series by composer Sally Greaves. The term concludes with an exciting and vibrant celebration with a live band at the Royal Albert Hall.

All musical activities are designed to be inclusive for children of all needs or disabilities and each of the venues are fully accessible.

The programme is free of charge to families eligible for pupil premium or other benefits, otherwise tickets are priced at £10 for one adult and a child.

Get, Set Play is only the start of the musical journey! At the end of the programme children are invited to apply for specially subsidised music lessons and/or choir membership at the Tri-borough Music Hub.
