Wake-up to a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow including fluid movements linked to the breath (some pranayama). A guided meditation awaits in Shavasana. This clss is suitable for all levels. Please note that the class will be held on Zoom. please log in 5 -10 min before the lesson. Be responsible when practicing at home, please be mindful and respect your body's limitation.

Make sure that you have with you : yoga mat, a water bottle, comfortable clothes, a blanket and or cushions, Yoga brick/block (optional) You will need an electronic device (PC, tablet, phone, etc..) and a good Internet connection to stream this class. I would recommend finding a quiet space in your home.
