West End LIVE is presented by Westminster City Council and the Society of London Theatre, with support from the Mayor of London.
The show features live performances from London's most celebrated West End musicals, with over 50 performances expected to take place over the weekend.
The event is free to the public. No tickets are required, with entry operated on a first come, first served basis.
Merchandise, refreshments and interactive, family-friendly exhibits will also be available in Trafalgar Square.
